Return & Refund Policy

At Printevr, we understand that your brand’s packaging is more than just a box or bag — it’s part of your story. That’s why every order is custom-made with precision, care, and attention to detail. We put our best effort into ensuring that each product meets your expectations in terms of quality, design, and finish.

Since our products are custom-printed and made specifically for each client, we generally cannot accept returns except in certain cases outlined below.

When Returns Are Accepted

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged in transit.
  • There is a printing or manufacturing defect.
  • The delivered product is significantly different from the order specifications provided by you.

To initiate a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs/videos along with your order details. This helps us investigate and resolve the matter quickly.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • If approved, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement product.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Orders with minor variations in color, texture, or size due to the printing process.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Items made exactly as per the approved design proof.
