TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dear Client,
Thank you for choosing PRINTEVR for your printing and packaging needs. We take pride in delivering quality work with transparency. Please go through the following important terms before placing your order:

1. Artwork & Designing

  • All design and artwork creation is chargeable.
  • Any minor corrections or alignments in the customer’s existing design will also be chargeable if it exceeds a threshold.
  • Final design approval must be given by the customer before printing. No changes can be made after approval.
  • All the artwork is needed in cdr format or canva editable link or eps format.

2. Payment Terms

  • 100% advance payment is mandatory for all customized orders.
  • No production will begin without payment confirmation.
  • Kindly get quotes for the required qty as pricing differ from qty to qty

3. Estimated Timelines

We always strive to deliver faster than promised, but standard timelines are as follows:

  • Normal Stickers & Cards: 2 working days
  • Premium Stickers & Cards: 5–7 working days
  • Carry Bags & Boxes: 7–10 working days
  • Butter Paper: 7 working days
  • Ribbons: 15–20 working days

(Note: Timelines may vary slightly based on order quantity and customization.)

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Since all products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds.
  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of production defects clearly acknowledged by PRINTEVR with 24 hours of delivery with a video of unpackaging.

5. Sample & Quality Approval

  • You’re welcome to visit our office to check our existing product samples.
  • A sample can be arranged on request (charges between ₹500–₹1000 based on type).
  • 50% of sample charges can be adjusted in the final order value.
  • Please note:
    • Sample print colors may vary 20–30% from final production.
    • Paper GSM may vary by 10–20 GSM depending on availability.
    • Once you approve the design/sample, PRINTEVR will not be liable for any error post-approval.

6. Delivery & Shipping

  • We dispatch all orders promptly upon completion.
  • Delivery delays are beyond our control as we rely on third-party courier/logistics partners.
  • Every order is securely packed to avoid damage, but we cannot be held responsible for any wear & tear during shipping.

7. Quality Tolerance

  • A margin of ±10% variation in color, paper texture, finishing, or quantity is considered acceptable in custom printing.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, or visual elements created by PRINTEVR remain the intellectual property of PRINTEVR unless explicitly transferred in writing.
  • Clients may not share or reuse these assets with other vendors without written consent.


9. Others important pointers

  • Once the production is started we can stop the process or the amount cant be refunded 
  • Once initiated with process , the quantity cannot be increased or depressed as the quotes are acc to the qty
